Field Services Representative - Pennsylvania  

LOCATION: Pittsburgh - Pennsylvania  - USA 

DEPARTMENT: SUPPLY CHAIN 

Purpose:
Helps to provide technical assistance services to final customers ensuring the correct use of Tenaris Premium Connections. Checks and follows up on the feedback gathered from the field about product performance and general onfield information valuable for Tenaris.
Main Responsibilities:

  • Follows up that there is a correct use of TenarisHydril recommended practices, controlling and ensuring well site preparations and running, and well site repairing of Tenaris Premium Connections, preventing potential problems and incidents maximazing a safer and efficient installation of our products.
  • Provides technical support and directly liaising with customer representative to assure the product is installed in the most efficient manner allowing the product to perform to its optimum design potential.
  • Assists Tenaris general overview to customer's representative at rig site using our internet sites and info and any other specific one applicable for the operation or region visited.
  • Follows up on customer's representative about Tenaris perception (product and services) to identify potential areas to improve.
  • Responsible for updated self-training and knowledge on Tenaris Standards and procedures according to FISE training curricula.
  • Responsible for service report fulfilment same in timely fashion both hardcopy and electronically (running assistance report, miscellaneous, log time, inspection, service ticket and specific as dopeless and visit ones)
  • Provide Feedback from the field and industry of perception / attitude toward Tenaris & competitors products, service and technical innovations. Set up files & add to office reference library for competitor's products and technical innovations.
  • Complies with Tenaris policies, procedures and management standards, and ensures adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility.
  • Protects from damage, theft or misuse the facilities, equipment and other physical resources assigned to his/her area.
