Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Pay Rate: $28 - $32/hr + DOE
Location: Burlington, VT area
Travel: 60%-80% domestic or occasional international travel.
Position Type: Full Time

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Utilizes electromechanical skills to provide excellent service to customers.
  • Performs on-site service, installation, and repair of semiconductor processing equipment 
  • Troubleshoot equipment problems.
  • Participates in site safety programs to create a zero-hazard environment.
  • Demonstrates ability to understand detailed electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
  • Understands and adheres to all site fab protocol requirements.
  • Comprehends test equipment including various test meters, hand and power tools.
  • Able to read engineering drawings and electrical diagrams.

Requirements:

  • Electronic and mechanical troubleshooting skills. 
  • Maintenance Technician skills with solid experience in resolving tool-related challenges. 
  • A.S./B.S. or equivalent military.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills (MS Office Suite).
  • English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • 60%-80% domestic or occasional international travel and/or occasional overnight travel to the factory, training facilities, and customer locations may be required. Subject to customer's business needs and requirements. Travel expenses paid. 
  • Valid Driver's License required.

Physical Effort/Activities:
May be required to walk up to 5+miles per day, able to be on feet for 8-10 hrs at a time, able to bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights, on a ladder, and lift up to 50-75 pounds. The physical demands described above are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
