JOB SUMMARY
The Field Service Engineer reports to the Operations Manager and must be familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices and procedures. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected to help develop and create new services/products. This job description is a brief description of the job function. The Field Service Engineer is not limited to the job duties listed below and may be asked from time to time to perform other miscellaneous job duties as assigned.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
A. Performs responsibilities in accordance with established company policies to achieve the overall objectives. B. Participates in daily, weekly, monthly and annual planning process, as needed.
C. Fosters a cooperative and harmonious working environment conducive to maximizing employee morale and productivity.
D. Oversees maintenance for parts and repairs for equipment.
E. Researches new opportunities for the advancement of RCS.
F. Tests and certifies new and existing products and services.
G. Makes suggestions for improvement to current equipment.
H. Manages research projects in a timely, efficient manner.
I. Works on special projects.
J. Works in the daily operations to gain knowledge.
K. Performs administrative and office support activities.
L. Ability to complete tasks ahead of schedule while not giving up on quality of work

SKILLS AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
A. Must type 30+ words per minute.
B. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
C. Must have good verbal, communication and writing skills.
D. Demonstrated people and leadership skills including conflict resolution, team building and excellent communication skills.
E. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly.
F. Detail-oriented to maintain the Policies and other controlled documents.
G. Work well in teams to coordinate various special projects.
H. Demonstrated professional maturity and ability to act as a change leader.
I. Professional appearance and demeanor.
J. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field is preferred.
K. Must have at least three years of work experience in related field.
