Job description

East Coast Industrial Services, Inc. is seeking a motivated and versatile Field Operations Technician to join our team. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys working outdoors, operating equipment, solving problems, and taking ownership of projects from start to finish.
This role involves a wide variety of commercial property maintenance and site improvement projects. No two days are exactly the same. We are looking for someone who can work independently, adapt to changing job requirements, and take initiative while maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality.
Typical Responsibilities Include:
  • Commercial site preparation and cleanup
  • Bulk debris removal
  • Sign installation and replacement
  • Asphalt and pavement repairs
  • Line striping
  • Pressure washing
  • Catch basin repairs and rebuilds
  • Painting and property improvement projects
  • General labor and site maintenance activities
  • Operating equipment and tools safely and efficiently

Equipment & Tools May Include:
  • Skid steers and other light equipment
  • Forklifts
  • Chainsaws
  • Demo saws
  • Power tools
  • Hand tools
  • Pickup trucks and dump trucks

Qualifications:
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
