Full Finish Painting Corp is looking for a driven and experienced Field Operations Manager to lead our crews and keep projects running smoothly across the Farmingdale, NY area. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be the backbone of our day-to-day field operations, ensuring quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction on every job. Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily field operations across multiple active painting job sites
  • Supervise, schedule, and coordinate painting crews to maximize productivity and efficiency
  • Conduct site visits to monitor work quality, safety compliance, and project progress
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between field crews and company management
  • Manage material ordering, equipment, and supply logistics to keep projects on schedule
  • Resolve on-site issues, crew conflicts, and client concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Ensure all work meets company quality standards and client specifications
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in painting, construction, or a related field operations role
  • Prior supervisory or crew leadership experience required
  • Strong knowledge of interior/exterior painting techniques, materials, and best practices
