GENERAL SUMMARY:

We are a professional recruiting firm, and we have been engaged to recruit a top-level candidate to join our client’s team in the role of Field Operations Manager.

Our client is an established franchise business that provides mobility access products and services for residential and commercial clients including stairlifts, residential elevators, vertical platform lifts and accessories.

The Field Operations Manager will help drive profitable growth and customer satisfaction through effective organizational leadership, management of the field staff and company assets, continuous process improvement, and cost containment initiatives.

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Field Manager to oversee operations and ensure the successful execution of projects in the field. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. As a Field Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating teams, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise field teams to ensure project goals are met efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and implement operational plans to optimize productivity and resource allocation.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise in a timely manner.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools is preferred.
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments.
