Fidelity's Licensing Accelerator Program is offered across the following regional center locations: Covington, KY, Denver, CO, Jacksonville, FL, Merrimack, NH, Salt Lake City, UT, Smithfield RI, & Westlake, TX
Are you considering a career where you can help clients with their finances and plan for their future but not sure where to start?
Whether you're finishing school, exploring a new path, or returning to the workforce, Fidelity's Licensing Accelerator Program (LAP) is designed to support your journey into the industry-no prior experience required. This program provides you the opportunity to learn more about the industry and the culture at Fidelity, all while preparing you to sit for the SIE® Exam which is the first step in earning your Series 7 and helping clients achieve their financial goals. The SIE® is an introductory-level exam covers fundamental investment concepts for working in the industry, including types of basic financial products, risk association and regulatory guidelines.
Our Licensing Accelerator Program allows you to explore joining the financial services field and jumpstart your career in the industry, all while being supported by a network of Fidelity leaders and resources. If accepted into Fidelity's LAP program, you will not be employed with Fidelity and you will not perform any work for Fidelity.
What to expect...
As a Fidelity Licensing Accelerator Program participant, you'll be given the opportunity to prepare and sit for the SIE® exam as we invest in you
  • Fidelity will pay for the study materials and exam fee for you to sit for the Securities Industry Essentials® Exam.
  • You will have access to a personalized learning portal that includes study tools, resources, and guidance tailored to your learning style.
  • Throughout the program, you'll have the ability to learn more about career opportunities at Fidelity, hear from associates and leaders, and see the culture from within.
  • Upon successful completion of the program, our skilled recruiters will partner with you on applying to our full-time Customer Relationship Advocate role where you can complete the Series 7 and other licenses and begin your career journey with Fidelity.

Program Format:
The Licensing Accelerator Program is delivered entirely online, ensuring maximum flexibility and accessibility. While the program is virtual, it is especially tailored to support select locations across the U.S., providing enhanced engagement and resources for those areas.
The Licensing Accelerator Program is designed to help you explore a future in financial services and take the first step toward a rewarding career. While participation in the program does not constitute employment with Fidelity and no work will be performed, you'll receive comprehensive support and resources to prepare for and take the SIE® Exam. Along the way, you'll gain valuable insights into Fidelity's culture and career opportunities. Note: Any application for full time licensed employment will not be considered until completion of the program.
Fidelity's Onsite Working Model
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
The base salary range for this position is - per year.
Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate's relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
