  • Guide clients on the proper interpretation and application of LAAD and FIA outputs, including contextualizing market dynamics, data changes, and analytic limitations
  • Manage and coordinate client deliverable changes and enhancements, including specialty supplementations, data customizations, and collaboration with internal technology and data teams to ensure requirements are clearly defined and executed
  • Act as the central point of coordination for client inquiries, data investigations, and issue resolution, triaging and escalating as needed to drive timely and successful outcomes
  • Lead or actively participate in recurring client meetings, providing consultative guidance, status updates, and strategic recommendations
  • Maintain detailed project plans, issue logs, and documentation to track deliverable status, changes, and resolutions across multiple concurrent client engagements
  • Develop and deliver ongoing client education and training to connect client business questions with underlying data and analytic methodology
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Technology, Data Operations, and Specialty teams to ensure delivery aligns with product rules, governance, and client expectations
  • Support client satisfaction, value realization, contract renewals, and revenue goals through proactive engagement and trusted advisory relationships
  • Ensure all client support and deliverables are executed in accordance with established team and product offering guidelines
