Internal Collaboration:
โ€ข Act as the voice of the client and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations to prioritize client issues and feature requests.
โ€ข Work with Marketing & Strategy to identify client case studies and market opportunities.
โ€ข Partner with Customer Support to ensure timely resolution of escalated issues.
Soft Skills:
โ€ข Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills, including ability to interact at C-suite and senior-operational levels.
โ€ข Proven experience managing complex, multi-regional accounts with numerous stakeholders.
โ€ข Structured, organized, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment.
โ€ข Ability to influence without authority and drive consensus across client and internal teams
Desired Attributes:
