These competencies ensure the collection of high-quality insights and help generate actionable feedback for clients or organizations.

What are FGIs?

FGI stands for Focus Group Interview, which is a qualitative research method commonly used in market research, social sciences, and product development. FGIs provide in-depth insights that help organizations understand consumer needs, test concepts, and make informed decisions. The findings from FGIs are typically used alongside quantitative data to guide strategies and improvements.
