Director of Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E)

About the Role

The Director of Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E) is the mastermind behind how our spaces look, feel, and perform. Youll shape the design identity across assets, translating vision into environments that feel intentional, market-relevant, and performance-driven. From first concept to final install, youll ensure every piece has a purpose, every dollar works hard, and every space tells the right story.

What Youll Do

  • Set and execute a cohesive FF&E vision across the portfolio, with flexibility for local market needs
  • Develop scalable FF&E standards, specs, and packages across asset types
  • Lead FF&E projects end-to-end, including renovations, repositioning's, and new acquisitions
  • Manage schedules, budgets, and procurement to deliver high-quality outcomes on time
  • Oversee vendors, national purchasing programs, and installation logistics
  • Hit the road for site visits and quality control walks to make sure the finished product matches the vision
  • Partner with operations, marketing, facilities, and Impact teams to enhance leasing, branding, and resident experience
  • Use design strategically to improve underperforming assets
