Project Coordinator (FF&E Purchasing)

Benjamin West – Louisville, CO

Position Overview

Entry level position providing support to internal and external parties on the various components related to product procurement for hospitality projects.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • Create and assemble requests for quotes and purchase orders
  • Compile project budgets for internal review
  • Assist on bid analysis
  • Track vendor status updates
  • Coordination with vendors, freight managers, clients, and warehouses
  • Assist with project close-out

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • A professional, results-oriented person with creative problem-solving skills, and the ability to multi-task, and have great attention to detail
  • Effective oral and written communication skills and ability to represent the company and project team in a professional manner
  • Proficient typing skills required
  • Proficient computer skills, with knowledge of Microsoft products; must have experience with Excel spreadsheets
  • Able to effectively coordinate several projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work as a team member
  • Previous experience in purchasing or hotel/restaurant operations role is a plus, but not required
  • Previous work directly related to the hospitality industry is a plus, but not required
