Job description

AGRILAND FS looking for a person with a passion for farm gate agriculture to sale and advise on agronomy inputs. As a member of our AGRILAND FS Team, this individual will combine their work ethic and desire to learn with our training and development programs to make a direct impact on customer's entire acre, with a focus on seed, fertilizer, crop protection, precision farming.
What we need from you:
  • Minimum of a two or four year degree or equivalent experience in sales or an agriculture related industry
  • Strong agricultural aptitude with experience learning on the job to become an expert
  • Examples of influencing others either in a leadership or sales relationship
  • Strong business skills, such as ability to collaborate, communication skills, dedicated customer focus, and solid decision-making abilities
  • Experience working hours beyond normal to meet and exceed the needs of a customer

What you will do:
  • Contact targeted customers and prospects to market agronomy products and services that enhances the producers business
  • Resolve agronomic problems
  • Utilize all sales tools such as Precision Farming, Crop Scouting, Finance, and other business solutions to enhance customer relationship
