Job description

Ferrari of Naples is seeking a Marketing Manager to join our award-winning team in beautiful Naples, Florida.
This role is responsible for elevating the Ferrari ownership experience through creative, strategic, and highly intentional marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is passionate about luxury branding, highly creative in execution, and focused on strengthening engagement with both prospective and current clients while amplifying the Ferrari brand across Southwest Florida.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role blending digital marketing, event execution, and brand storytelling to deliver an exceptional client experience.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Brand Execution
  • Lead end-to-end marketing execution from strategy through performance analysis against KPIs
  • Serve as liaison to external partners including social media vendors, designers, photographers, videographers, and media agencies
  • Collaborate closely with management to align marketing initiatives with sales objectives
  • Assist with CRM management to ensure alignment between marketing campaigns and sales activity
  • Support creation and execution of email marketing (e-blast) campaigns
  • Monitor, analyze, and present performance reporting tied to business goals

Event Planning & Brand Experience
  • Act as a brand ambassador and storyteller for Ferrari
  • Promote Ferrari lifestyle initiatives including driving experiences, genuine accessories, and ownership engagement programs
  • Manage and maintain marketing and event calendars
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute events aligned with Ferrari's brand vision
  • Develop creative and innovative ideas for test drives, in-store events, and client engagement opportunities
  • Ensure consistent capture and delivery of event content for social and digital platforms
  • Provide support with database management and data entry as needed
  • Assist the General Manager in planning and executing dealership events

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of proven marketing experience
  • Strong project management skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Creative thinker with deep understanding of both traditional and modern marketing strategies
  • Demonstrated ability to build brand awareness and execute marketing/business plans
  • Strong ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
  • Comfortable supporting both strategic initiatives and administrative execution
