Familiarity with communication equipment, emergency management software, and safety protocols is essential for coordinating disaster response efforts. Strong teamwork, clear communication, and resilience under pressure are vital soft skills for effectively supporting communities in crisis. These competencies ensure rapid, organized, and life-saving responses during emergencies, directly impacting public safety and recovery.
