CTR Group is seeking Bilingual (Spanish/English) Customer Service Representatives to work remotely for our client, the Government disaster relief agency, FEMA. Must be eligible to obtain a public trust DoD clearance.
Candidates should be located in CO, FL, MO, TX, and KS

We are seeking Remote Customer Service Representative (FEMA Support).
Work From Home | Full-Time
Make a difference by supporting a federal emergency response program that assists individuals and communities affected by natural disasters.
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will answer inbound calls, provide information, assist callers with questions, document interactions, and help connect people with available resources.
Qualifications
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills
  • Previous call center experience preferred
  • Bilingual English/Spanish candidates encouraged to apply
