Job Description:

The Feed Mill Operator is responsible for manufacturing and delivering feed, customer service, and general housekeeping duties.

Job Duties:

The Feed Mill Operator will be responsible for batching and routing feed mixes according to specific formulas and quality control procedures. They will follow company standard operating procedures to ensure the mill is kept in a clean state of operation, perform routine maintenance tasks, assist with repair projects, and follow company prescribed safety protocols and other daily tasks as directed by the Management Team. The Feed Mill Operator will accurately complete and maintain assigned reports, logs and documentation.

Education/Experience:

Requirements for this position include the ability to frequently lift 50 pounds, moderate mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, ability to read and follow direction, and basic math skills.

The Feed Mill Operator should be able to operate a forklift and work in a manufacturing environment with grain dust exposure.


Drug Screen will be required upon job offer.
