A feed mill is a facility where raw agricultural ingredients are processed and mixed to create feed for livestock, poultry, or aquaculture. These facilities use machinery to grind, mix, and sometimes pelletize grains, vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients to make balanced animal diets. Feed mills play a crucial role in the agriculture industry by ensuring animals receive the nutrients they need for healthy growth and production. Workers in feed mills may operate equipment, monitor quality, and handle raw materials and finished products.

What are some typical challenges faced by employees working in a feed mill, and how can they be addressed?

Working in a feed mill often involves managing large-scale machinery, ensuring product quality, and maintaining strict safety standards.
