Under the direction of the Program Director, Fee for Service HCBT Clinicians will provide services and care to our patients in accordance with NFSโ€™ policies. NFS Home and Community Based Therapists work collaboratively with clients to help them access their core strengths to be their best selves and realize their full potential. We provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions in a clientโ€™s home to treat a youthโ€™s behavioral health needs. We utilize multiple evidence-based practices that promote families' strengths! ย

Home and Community Based Therapist positions require in-person visits to clients' homes.ย 

Compensation:ย 

Fee for Service Rates:ย ย ย 

  • $60 to $100 / hour!ย ย 

Premiums paid for:ย ย ย 

  • Non-English language capacityย ย ย 

  • Experienceย 

  • Select clinical specialties ย ย 

Qualifications:ย ย 

  • Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field requiredย ย 

  • Clinical Licensure (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAT, etc.) and Limited Permit in the state of NYย ย 

  • Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth, and families in a home or community setting preferredย ย 

  • Excellent time-management skills with ability to work independently and as part of a teamย ย 

  • Ability to manage one's own schedule with client outreach.ย ย ย 

  • Valid driverโ€™s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle preferredย ย 

  • Some afternoon and evening availability is a plusย ย 

  • Access to a laptop or CPS, secure internet, and a phone required.
