Key Responsibilities:
Program Leadership: Drive end-to-end execution of complex programs across security, software engineering, and business operations teams.
Stakeholder Alignment: Act as the primary bridge between technical teams building security infrastructure and business stakeholders managing client relationships.
Milestone Tracking: Manage rigorous timelines for Federal and State client onboarding, ensuring zero slippage on compliance deadlines
Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify project bottlenecks, manage interdependencies, and resolve cross-functional blockers.
Required Qualifications :
Healthcare Domain: 10+ years of Program Management experience within US Healthcare, with a strong preference for Pharmacy or Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) ecosystems.
Regulatory Familiarity: Proven track record driving initiatives subject to HIPAA Security Rules and Federal framework requirements (FedRAMP, FISMA, ARC-AMPE).
Environment Scale: Experience managing large-scale client implementations within complex, multi-tenant software environments.
