YOUR IMPACT

The Cloud Services Product Management (CSPM) team leads the strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle delivery of OpenText Cloud offerings, enabling scalable deployment and consistent commercialization. This role partners across commercial, operational, and technical teams to drive measurable business outcomes, with a strong focus on sovereign cloud solutions for government and enterprise clients. As a product management leader, you will define value propositions, align strategic plans, and advocate for client needs while translating market insights and compliance requirements into actionable product decisions. Success in this role comes from combining strong business acumen, stakeholder leadership, and a hands-on, solutions-oriented approach to delivering impactful cloud services.

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS

  • Own and prioritize the cloud services roadmap, aligning initiatives with strategy, security, and sovereignty requirements
  • Lead end-to-end onboarding, release management, and change approval processes to ensure smooth delivery at scale
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for clients and internal teams on compliance and sovereign cloud requirements
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Architecture, Compliance, and Operations to drive adoption and business growth
  • Translate market insights, partner input, and compliance needs into clear product requirements and outcomes
  • Establish scalable frameworks and cost models that improve efficiency, standardization, and overall value delivery

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (MBA or certifications in Product/Cloud are assets)
  • Extensive experience (10+ years) in cloud, software, or product management within global, high-tech environments
  • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), including infrastructure, networking, and service models
  • Familiarity with sovereign cloud and compliance frameworks (e.g., FedRAMP, SOC 2, ISO 27001)
  • Proven ability to lead through influence, manage stakeholders effectively, and drive results in complex environments
  • Excellent critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills with a pragmatic, results-focused mindset
