Job description

Overview

BlueWater Federal is looking for a Sr Special Analyst to support the Joint Staff J6 Coalition Interoperability Assurance and Validation Office.

The mission focuses on improving interoperability between U.S. forces, Combatant Commands, Services, Agencies, and coalition mission partners through Mission Partner Environment (MPE) assessments, interoperability analysis, testing, standards evaluation, and coalition information-sharing initiatives.


Responsibilities
  • Manage planning, preparation, research, coordination and execution of various military operations-related tasks, providing analysis and expertise.
  • Develop and deliver detailed analytical reports, procedural workflow visualization products, and briefings.
  • Conduct testing activities as required.
  • Report task progress to Senior Program Management Analyst and government lead, as directed.
  • Conduct internal training aligned to subject matter expertise.
  • Support sustainment efforts to ensure consistent quality, efficiency, and productivity in all assigned tasks.

  • 15+years supporting military operational activities; minimum 10 years functional experience
  • Must have an active TS with SCI eligibility
  • Possess expert-level understanding and experience in one or more of the following: Integrated Air and Missile Defense, Special Operations, Cyberspace Operations, Space Operations, Electronic Warfare, or Information Operations.
