ACTIVE, CURRENT, AND FULLY ADJUDICATED US DoD TOP SECRET CLEARANCE WITH SCI ELIGIBILITY (TS/SCI) REQUIRED DESCRIPTION OF POSITION / DUTIES All Points is seeking a Top Secret Cleared Senior Software Engineer to support the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) in Chantilly, VA. This position requires an active, current, and fully adjudicated U.S. Department of Defense Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility (TS/SCI) . *Hybrid work may be available at management discretion. * The selected candidate will support the design, development, testing, deployment, and sustainment of mission-critical applications across multiple secure enclaves (Unclassified, Secret, and Top Secret). Work includes application engineering, system integration, modernization, analytics, and IT security in support of FBI investigative, intelligence, legal, and administrative missions. Applications developed and supported in this environment require senior-level engineering expertise to ensure system integrity, performance, scalability, security, and mission continuity. DUTIES MAY INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO * Design, develop, test, and manage application development projects supporting enterprise IT infrastructure * Lead and contribute to complex software solutions including large-scale data processing, advanced analytics, and computationally intensive statistical modeling * Integrate third-party components, introduce new custom capabilities, and enhance existing systems * Modify existing code and recommend process improvements * Automate operations and maintenance (O&M) tasks * Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC): planning, requirements analysis, development, testing, delivery, and quality assurance * Support technical reviews, architecture sessions, milestone planning, resource estimation, and best-practice knowledge transfer * Collaborate across cross-functional teams in a multi-enclave environment * Support secure and classified FBI mission systems SAFe 6.0 FACILITATION SUPPORT Contract PM & Agile Team Support Provide senior-level participation and support for Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) 6.0 activities across two Agile Release Trains (ARTs): * Enterprise search and increased data discoverability * Operational analysis, triage, visualization, enrichment, and analytics within Global Mission Analytics (GMA) EDUCATION Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline. YEARS OF EXPERIENCE 8-10 years of relevant experience.
