The CSBBH Mobile Therapist (MT) provides intensive therapeutic services to children and their families in settings other than the provider agency or office. These settings can include the child's home, church, community center, school or other community setting. Therapy is child centered and family focused. The CSBBH MT functions as a member of a multi-disciplinary team to ensure quality care is being provided and is medically necessary. The MT is the supervisor of the Community and School-Based Behavioral Health team made up of Behavioral Health Technicians.


Individuals who provide individual services through mobile therapy services shall meet one of the following:
1. Be licensed in this Commonwealth as a psychologist, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist or clinical social worker.
2. Be licensed in this Commonwealth as a social worker or a behavior specialist.
3. graduate degree with at least nine credits specific to clinical practice in psychology, social work or counseling.

Salary starting at $42,000.00 + experience, up to $49,500 per year.
