Everett, WA | 40 hours/week | PACT South Team

Compass Health is currently seeking a Peer Counselor to join our Program of Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) team in Everett. If you have lived experience with behavioral health challenges and are ready to inspire others on their recovery journey, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
About the PACT Model
PACT is an evidence-based, team-delivered treatment approach designed for adults with severe and persistent behavioral health disorders. Services are primarily provided in the community, often several times per week, helping individuals achieve independence, avoid hospitalization, and thrive in daily life.
What You'll Be Doing
  • Provide peer support services to promote recovery, stabilization, and wellness.
  • Assist clients in developing natural supports, self-advocacy, and life skills.
  • Work in collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team to support client care plans.
  • Deliver services in-home or in community settings as needed.
What You'll Bring
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Current Washington State Peer Counselor Credential (required).
  • Personal lived experience with a behavioral health diagnosis.
  • Valid WA State Driver's License, vehicle, and insurance (if applicable).
  • Must be 21+ years of age to drive company vehicles.
  • Must obtain Agency Affiliated Counselor status through WA DOH upon hire (if not already licensed or associate licensed).
