A FATCA CRS job involves ensuring compliance with the Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA) and the Common Reporting Standard (CRS). Professionals in this role analyze financial accounts, identify reportable persons, and ensure accurate reporting to tax authorities. They collaborate with legal, compliance, and operational teams to implement regulatory requirements, conduct due diligence, and mitigate risks. Strong knowledge of international tax laws, reporting processes, and financial regulations is essential for success in this field.

To thrive as a FATCA CRS specialist, you need strong knowledge of international tax compliance regulations, attention to detail, and experience in financial services or compliance roles, often supported by a relevant degree or certification.
