We are seeking aย highย performingย Account Executive to driveย salesย revenue growth through strategic engagementsย within giant tech organizations.ย This role is designed for a trueย business developmentย hunter,ย someone who excels at buildingย andย maintainingย executive-levelย relationships, navigating complex organizations, and selling high-valueย consulting services that deliver measurable business outcomes.ย Bring yourย previousย experience working within complex channel and distribution sales acrossย SDPย industry.ย 

You will ownย theย expansion of a new book of businessย leveragingย Valorem Reply's deepย expertiseย in cloud, AI, and modern digital solutions. Success in this role requires the ability to articulate value in business terms, andย a track recordย of closing large,ย multistakeholderย consulting engagements.ย 

Responsibilities
    • Partner with Executive Leadership and Solution Area Leaders toย identify, qualify, propose, and close new consulting opportunitiesย ย 

    • Hunt for and develop new executiveย level relationships to position Valorem Reply's high-value services and influence strategic initiativesย 

    • Manage a personal book of business, consistently driving pipeline creation and closing consulting engagements typically ranging from $500K to multi-million-dollarย opportunitiesย 

    • Maintainย accurateย forecasting, pipeline management, and account intelligence within Valorem Reply's CRMย 

    • Collaborate cross-functionally with delivery, marketing, alliances, and operations to ensure alignmentย forย pursuit strategy and successful executionย 

    • Understand and articulate Valorem Reply's service offerings, delivery models, and differentiators to guide customers toward outcomeย 

    • Ensure adherence to operational processes, administrative requirements, and company standards.ย 

Minimum Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree in business, technology, engineering, or related fieldย 

    • 8+ years of industry experience in technology, consulting, or enterprise solutionsย 

    • 5+ years of successful consulting sales or technical business development experienceย 

    • Proven success selling largescale consulting services (typically $500K+ per engagement) and managing aย minimumย $5M+ annual book of businessย that youย buildscaleย consulting services (typically $500K+ per engagement) and managing a $3M-$5M+ annual book of businessย 

    • Experience selling to or for large technology companies (Microsoft stronglyย preferred--Google, Meta, AWSย and other large Software and Digital Platform companies)ย 

    • Demonstrated ability toย establishย and growย executive-levelย relationships and influence strategicย decision-makingย 

    • Strong integrity, dependability, and aย results drivenย mindset focused on customer value and satisfactionย 

    • Proficiencyย with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, CRM systems, and other standard business applicationsย 

    • Ability to understand complex business problems and translate them into actionable consulting solutionsย 

Preferred Qualifications
    • Understanding of modern cloud technologies, AI solutions, and digital transformation strategiesย 

    • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and modern delivery practicesย 

    • Experience with contract negotiation and enterprise procurement processesย

The base compensation range for this full-time position is between $125,000 - $175,000 plus benefits. Compensation decisions are supported through market data, where regional variances may exist based on cost of labor. We also take into consideration prior experience, relevant skills, education and/or training, certifications and, as applicable, other required qualifications.
