As a Tax Associate, you'll work directly with firm partners and top-tier clients to lead sophisticated tax and business transactions-without the bureaucracy of larger firms. Your contributions will be front and center, and your voice will matter on every deal.
Tax Associate Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent high-profile for-profit and exempt organization clients in complex transactions.
  • Partner with the tax practice group on federal tax planning, significant transactions, & controversy matters.
  • Collaborate closely with partners and leadership in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.
  • Help build and grow a best-in-class tax law team.
