Assist in structuring mergers, acquisitions and reorganizations of public and private corporations, partnerships and LLCs; perform tax due diligence; advise on pre/post-transaction matters; analyze tax implications of corporate bankruptcy filings; quantify/illustrate cash tax implications of transaction structures; and conduct legal research on a variety of tax matters.
