As an Insurance Apprentice, you’ll work alongside an experienced Farmers agency owner while developing the sales, customer relationship, business development, and leadership skills needed to build a successful career in insurance.

Responsibilities

Through hands-on training, mentorship, and real-world experience, you’ll learn how to:


Build and maintain strong client relationships

Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions

Follow up with prospects and create opportunities for new business

Learn and apply effective sales, marketing, and customer service strategies

Participate in training, coaching, and professional development

Develop business and leadership skills alongside an experienced agency owner

Requirements

No prior insurance experience required

Must be willing to obtain the required insurance licenses

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and willing to learn
