Job Description
The Denver District Headquarters of Farmers Insurance is seeking self-motivated and entrepreneurial-minded individuals!
Our Farmers Insurance Protege Program provides all the tools needed to successfully learn how to run and own an insurance agency within one of the top agent's offices in Littleton, Colorado, and within the greater Denver areas, and with the help and support from the Number 1 district!
Salary Information:
โ€ข $35,000.00 base annual
โ€ข $4,000.00 Protรฉgรฉ Program Graduate Bonus
โ€ข Opportunity to earn est. $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 in commission (uncapped) annually
Qualifications
Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience is a plus but not required! As long as you are highly motivated, willing to be coached and self-disciplined, then we want you on our Agency Protege program!

Additional Information
Responsibilities:
  • Develop new and existing leads
  • Schedule and lead customer appointments
  • Solve customer needs and provide products and services as needed
  • Support and grow customer relationships and ensure that all quotes, procedures, and practices are compliant with Farmers Insurance
  • Maintain a high level of customer service excellence, self-motivation, and collaboration to best serve our clients and gain industry knowledge.

Benefits:
  • You will be provided training and support through our District Office and the University of Farmers.

Compensation:
  • $4,000 Protรฉgรฉ Program Graduate Bonus
  • $35,000 base annually plus commission
  • Opportunity to earn uncapped commission that may go up to $60K or more in your first year
