Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting clients with policy questions, changes, renewals, billing, and claims support.
  • Build lasting relationships through personalized service and proactive communication.
  • Schedule appointments and follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met.
  • Work closely with team members to provide a seamless and outstanding client experience.

Requirements
  • Property & Casualty Insurance License preferred, or willingness to obtain one with district support.
  • Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial.
  • Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting customer relationships.
