This Is Not a Typical Advisor Role.
We are a 23-year established insurance and fiduciary-based financial services firm preparing for a planned leadership transition.
Our current financial services leader - a proven and respected producer - will retire in approximately 17-18 months. We are seeking the right professional to apprentice under her, learn our systems and philosophy, and then assume leadership of the division.
This is a succession opportunity inside a stable and growing organization. You will not be asked to build from scratch. You will not be required to travel. You will inherit opportunity - and be expected to elevate it.
Who This Role Is For
An ambitious emerging advisor who:
  • Holds an active Series 6 license (required)
  • Is coachable and growth-driven
  • Wants to learn from a top producer
  • Is motivated by long-term leadership opportunity

A seasoned professional seeking control and flexibility who:
  • Has experience in financial planning or wealth management
  • Wants to reduce travel and business development pressure
  • Is interested in leveraging an established, captive client base
  • Is comfortable trading some upside volatility for stability and autonomy

What You'll Step Into
  • A loyal and established book of business
  • A strong referral pipeline from our insurance client base
  • Direct mentorship during transition
  • Structured systems and operational support
  • Owner involvement in strategic growth

What We Expect
  • Active Series 6 license (required)
  • High integrity and fiduciary mindset
  • Strong relationship-building ability
  • Strategic thinking and leadership potential
  • Comfort working within structured systems

Compensation
  • Competitive base salary
  • Attractive commission structure
  • Significant long-term earning potential
  • Clear leadership pathway

If you are seeking a succession opportunity inside a respected firm - not just another advisory seat - we welcome a confidential conversation.
Compensation: $55,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
My team's mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams. We are located in Raleigh, NC and help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including:
  • Auto insurance
  • Home insurance
  • Life insurance
  • Retirement planning
