ROLE DESCRIPTION:As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Hunter Emory - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
  • Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
