  • Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the owner's specifications.
  • Coordinate and manage all project documentation, including plans, permits, contracts, and invoices.
  • Resolve any issues or disputes that arise during the construction process, making sure to always protect the owner's interests.
  • Implement and maintain project management tools and software, such as Primavera P6, to track project schedules, costs, and resources.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Proficiency in project management software- preferably knowledge with Procore
  • Development side experience or developer/builder experience is also a plus
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Detailed knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish.

What's in it for you
