Professional Nurse Practitioner / Board-Certified APRN Daggett, Michigan

Your Role Will Include:

Comprehensive Patient Care:

  • Conduct physical exams, assess symptoms, and diagnose medical conditions
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests (blood work, imaging, etc.)
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient
  • Prescribe medications, therapies, and interventions to manage both acute and chronic health issues
  • Provide disease management and follow-up care to ensure optimal patient health
  • Offer preventive care such as immunizations, screenings, and wellness check-ups

Patient Education & Support:

  • Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and lifestyle changes

Collaboration with Healthcare Teams:

Ongoing Patient Monitoring & Adjustments:

Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in nursing from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
  • Active Michigan Nurse Practitioner license
  • Board Certification as a Nurse Practitioner (e.g., Family Nurse Practitioner, Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner, etc.)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications preferred
  • Strong clinical skills with the ability to assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of conditions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient engagement and teamwork
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a healthcare team
