As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough diagnostic evaluations and providing short-term psychotherapy for individuals, couples, and families.
• Managing a flexible caseload of 10-30 billable hours per week, with the freedom to adjust according to your personal and professional needs.
• Utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities to ensure the highest standards of psychological care.
• Engaging in crisis intervention, skills training, and brief therapy tailored to the unique needs of your clients.
• Documenting therapy sessions accurately and maintaining compliance with electronic health records.
• Collaborating closely with clinical teams, including licensed psychologists, nurse practitioners, and physicians, to ensure comprehensive, integrated care.
• Participating in case consultations and clinical team meetings to refine treatment strategies and contribute to quality assurance initiatives.

The client demographic is diverse and includes individuals and families facing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, substance use, and relational challenges. Our Center is particularly focused on providing care for members navigating both mental health and dual disorders. Your expertise will be instrumental in promoting recovery and resilience among clients by delivering tailored interventions that meet their unique needs.

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess:

• A valid and active LMFT license or Psy.D to practice in Florida.
• A Master's or Doctorate degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited institution.
• A minimum of two years of experience providing psychotherapy services.
• Proficiency in utilizing telehealth platforms and familiarity with electronic health record systems.

While not mandatory, the following qualifications would be advantageous:

• Experience working within outpatient settings or group practices.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapies and client-centered approaches.
• A solid understanding of community resources and sociocultural factors that influence mental health.

This role provides a competitive annual salary ranging from $75,000 to $125,000.
