Driver Responsibilities:

  • Safely transport residents to medical appointments, social events, and other necessary locations.

  • Assist residents in and out of the vehicle, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-maintained transport vehicle.

  • Follow all traffic and safety regulations.

  • Provide excellent customer service while interacting with residents and their families.

Driver Qualifications:

  • Valid driver’s license with a good driving record (required).

  • Flexible
  • Experience driving larger vehicles (vans, buses) is preferred, but not required.

  • Ability to lift and assist residents with mobility devices (wheelchairs, walkers) as needed.

  • Excellent communication skills and friendly, professional demeanor.

  • Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
