About Our Family

We are a fast-paced, healthy, active family who loves spending quality time together, particularly around our backyard pool, where we enjoy hanging out with our children. Our home is always buzzing with energy as we juggle the activities of our three kids (ages 11, 9, and 4), along with school, sports, and time spent together as a family. Both parents balance professional careers, with one working part-time and the other in a demanding executive role, so our days are filled with movement and multitasking.

We thrive on a routine that keeps us organized, while still making space to have fun as a family. We're looking for someone who can be flexible with a summer schedule and transition smoothly into a more structured routine once the kids are in full-time school in the fall. As the school year begins, the role will evolve to fit our changing needs, but we'll always value someone who can keep things running smoothly with a calm demeanor. Above all, we cherish our family's energy and value someone who can step in with easehelping lighten the mental load and stay on top of the day-to-day needs of our home.

Who You Are

This role is a natural fit for someone who enjoys creating order, rhythm, and ease within a home. You have a proactive, "see it, do it" mindset and take ownership of your responsibilities with confidence. You notice what needs attention, think a step ahead, and take pride in keeping a home organized, well-maintained, and running smoothly without needing constant direction.

You are adaptable and grounded, able to balance changing priorities while staying aligned with the family's routines, preferences, and systems. Whether receiving guidance from a parent or working independently, you step in as a trusted right-hand support, exercising good judgment, communicating clearly, and respecting the natural flow and boundaries of the home.

At your core, you are dependable, capable, and resourcefulbringing a calm, consistent presence that makes a meaningful difference in the family's daily life. You genuinely enjoy the behind-the-scenes responsibilities that keep a household thriving, from laundry and room resets to errands, organization, and the countless daily details that create a calm, functional home.

This role is intentionally structured as a dual House Manager/Family Assistant position. The first half of each shift is dedicated primarily to household management, allowing you to independently complete daily tasks, projects, and household responsibilities. The second half of the day transitions into a childcare-focused role, including school pick-up, supporting after-school routines, and providing warm, engaging care until the parents return home.
