Live-in nannies are childcare professionals who reside in their employer's home while providing care and supervision for the children. Their duties often include preparing meals, helping with homework, organizing activities, and sometimes light housekeeping related to the children. Having a live-in nanny offers families greater flexibility, as the nanny is typically available for longer or irregular hours. In return, live-in nannies usually receive room and board as part of their compensation. They play a vital role in supporting busy households and ensuring consistent, personalized care for children.
