Position Overview

As a construction/Racking Installer, you'll work on-site at various locations across the U.S, helping install industrial racking systems and related equipment. This role is for individuals who are mechanically inclined, thrive in physically active environment, and are team oriented.


Key Responsibilities

  • Climb and work at heights using proper fall protection equipment (Harnesses and lanyards)
  • Operate and work from lift cells (Scissor lifts, boom lifts) safely and efficiently
  • Install racking systems including rails, frames, and other structural components
  • Perform basic plumbing tasks related to system installations (as needed)
  • Work effectively across various stages of installation, from layout to final inspection
  • Navigate and work in tight or confined spaces as required by project scope
  • Interpret and follow blueprints, diagrams, and verbal instructions
  • Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas at all times
  • Communicate proactively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth project flow


Essential Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Willingness and ability to travel nationwide
  • General knowledge and experience with construction tools and equipment
  • Comfortable working at heights and using fall protection harnesses
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to problem solve on the job
  • Capable of lifting 50+lbs regularly, climbing, kneeling, and standing for extended periods
  • Dependable team player with strong work ethic

Responsabilidades Clave
  • Subir y trabajar en alturas utilizando equipo de protecciรณn contra caรญdas (arneses y lรญneas de seguridad)

  • Operar y trabajar desde plataformas elevadoras (como tijeras hidrรกulicas o brazos articulados) de forma segura y eficiente

  • Instalar sistemas de racks incluyendo rieles, marcos y otros componentes estructurales

  • Realizar tareas bรกsicas de plomerรญa relacionadas con las instalaciones (segรบn se requiera)
