Position Overview

As a construction/Racking Installer, you'll work on-site at various locations across the U.S, helping install industrial racking systems and related equipment. This role is for individuals who are mechanically inclined, thrive in physically active environment, and are team oriented.


Key Responsibilities

  • Climb and work at heights using proper fall protection equipment (Harnesses and lanyards)
  • Operate and work from lift cells (Scissor lifts, boom lifts) safely and efficiently
  • Install racking systems including rails, frames, and other structural components
  • Perform basic plumbing tasks related to system installations (as needed)
  • Work effectively across various stages of installation, from layout to final inspection
  • Navigate and work in tight or confined spaces as required by project scope
  • Interpret and follow blueprints, diagrams, and verbal instructions
  • Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas at all times
  • Communicate proactively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth project flow


Essential Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Willingness and ability to travel nationwide
  • General knowledge and experience with construction tools and equipment
  • Comfortable working at heights and using fall protection harnesses
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to problem solve on the job
  • Capable of lifting 50+lbs regularly, climbing, kneeling, and standing for extended periods
  • Dependable team player with strong work ethic

Descripción del Puesto

Como Instalador de Construcción/Sistemas de Racks, trabajarás en diversos sitios a lo largo de Estados Unidos, ayudando a instalar sistemas industriales de estanterías (racks) y equipos relacionados. Este puesto está dirigido a personas con habilidades mecánicas, activas físicamente y con mentalidad de equipo.


Responsabilidades Clave
  • Subir y trabajar en alturas utilizando equipo de protección contra caídas (arneses y líneas de seguridad)

  • Operar y trabajar desde plataformas elevadoras (como tijeras hidráulicas o brazos articulados) de forma segura y eficiente

  • Instalar sistemas de racks incluyendo rieles, marcos y otros componentes estructurales

  • Realizar tareas básicas de plomería relacionadas con las instalaciones (según se requiera)

  • Trabajar eficazmente en diferentes etapas de instalación, desde el diseño hasta la inspección final

  • Acceder y trabajar en espacios reducidos según lo requiera el proyecto

  • Interpretar y seguir planos, diagramas e instrucciones verbales

  • Mantener el área de trabajo limpia, segura y organizada en todo momento

  • Comunicarse de manera proactiva con los compañeros de equipo y supervisores para asegurar un flujo de trabajo eficiente


Cualificaciones Esenciales
  • Tener 18 años o más

  • Disponibilidad y disposición para viajar por todo el país

  • Conocimiento general y experiencia con herramientas y equipos de construcción

  • Comodidad para trabajar en alturas y utilizar arneses de seguridad

  • Gran atención al detalle y capacidad para resolver problemas en el lugar de trabajo

  • Capacidad para levantar más de 50 libras regularmente, así como subir, arrodillarse y estar de pie durante períodos prolongados

  • Persona confiable, con ética laboral fuerte y habilidades para trabajar en equipo
