Job description

Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

Per Diem$50–$55/visit Oahu, HI

We're a growing home health organization in Honolulu dedicated to fall prevention and empowering residents in Assisted Living Facilities. We're hiring a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant who's passionate about delivering quality, in-home and community-based therapy under PT supervision.

What you'll do

  • Deliver physical therapy services to clients in their homes and ALF settings under PT supervision
  • Carry out treatment plans including therapeutic exercise, functional mobility, and fall prevention
  • Document patient progress accurately and communicate updates to the supervising PT
  • Participate in community events and wellness initiatives as needed

What we're looking for

  • Active PTA license in Hawaii
  • 1+ year of clinical or home health experience preferred
  • Strong documentation and communication skills
  • Valid Hawaii driver's license and reliable transportation
