Pay: $85,000-$100,000 per year + Performance Bonuses

Physical Therapist Job Overview
FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers is hiring a licensed Physical Therapist (DPT) to join our established outpatient clinic in Coral Springs, FL. We are seeking a motivated clinician who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care in outpatient orthopedics, sports rehabilitation, vestibular therapy, balance disorders, and fall prevention.
This position offers an excellent opportunity to work with advanced rehabilitation technology, a collaborative clinical team, and a diverse orthopedic patient population. Vestibular rehabilitation experience is welcomed but not required-we provide specialized training and mentorship.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
  • Treat orthopedic, post-operative, sports medicine, vestibular, and balance patients
  • Perform manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, gait training, and functional movement training
  • Assess and treat patients with dizziness, vertigo, balance impairments, and fall risk
  • Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention
  • Accurately document evaluations, daily treatment notes, progress reports, and discharge summaries
  • Collaborate with Physical Therapist Assistants and referring physicians to achieve outstanding patient outcomes
  • Maintain high standards of clinical excellence and patient satisfaction
Qualifications
  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
  • Current Florida Physical Therapist license (or eligible for licensure)
  • New graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Experience in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy preferred
  • Vestibular rehabilitation experience is a plus (training provided)
  • Strong manual therapy, communication, and clinical reasoning skills
