Position Overview:

The Gutter Crew Laborer supports the Gutter Crew in the installation, repair, and maintenance of residential and commercial gutter systems. This role involves hands-on outdoor work, material handling, and job site preparation, with opportunities to learn skilled trade techniques and grow within the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Safely assist the Gutter Crew with installation, repair, and maintaining gutters, downspouts, gutter guards, and related components on residential and commercial properties.
  • Perform basic measuring, cutting, and assembling of materials under supervision (including aluminum, copper, and vinyl) according to project specifications.
  • Operate hand and power tools, ladders, and other equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment.
  • Set up ladders and job site safety equipment.
  • Clean and prepare gutters, downspouts, and work areas
  • Communicate professionally with customers, team members, and supervisors.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including company vehicles, tools, and job sites.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and industry best practices.

Working Hours:

Generally, Monday through Friday, 7am until 5pm.

  • Visual acuity, both near (i.e. clarity of vision of approximately 20 inches or less) and far (i.e. clarity of vision of approximately 20 feet or more)
