EXPERIENCED GUTTER INSTALLER - IMMEDIATE WORK AVAILABLE
West Sacramento, CA
$28-$35/hr (Based on Skill & Independence)
If you can install gutters start-to-finish without supervision, we have immediate work available.
If you need training or can't run a job independently, please apply to our Apprentice role instead.
About Us
The Brothers That Just Do Gutters is a professional gutter installation company focused on clean work, high standards, and reliability. We are building a team of installers who show up on time, work efficiently, and represent the company professionally.
This is not a short-term "cash job." We expect consistency and professionalism.
What This Role Requires (Read Carefully)
You must be able to:
  • Measure, print, cut, and hang seamless gutters independently
  • Cut and install inside & outside tab miters
  • Install drop outlets and fabricate downspouts (face & side mount)
  • Set proper slope and hanger spacing
  • Run a job safely and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean, organized job site

You will be expected to:
  • Arrive by 7:00 AM sharp (this is not a window)
  • Stay until the job is complete
  • Communicate clearly with homeowners
  • Follow company systems and quality standards
  • Train apprentices when needed

Non-Negotiable Standards
You will not be hired unless all are true:
  • You have 2+ years of real gutter installation experience
  • You can install independently without supervision
  • You have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • You show up on time, every day
  • No drugs, drinking, or smoking on job sites
  • You are willing to submit to a background check
  • You can take direction without attitude

30-Day Probation (Strict)
All new hires begin with a 30-day probation period.
During probation:
  • Lateness may result in immediate termination
  • No-call / no-show = termination
  • Unsafe work practices = termination
  • Disrespect toward customers or crew = termination
  • Theft = termination and police report

Compensation
  • $25-$35/hr depending on experience and demonstrated ability
