Job Summary
As an Assistant Manager, you're a part of the leadership team. You help drive profitability through genuine customer connections, brand loyalty, and strong community engagement. You'll provide immediate feedback and coaching to the sales team to maximize performance.   • Ensure the team is always on track to exceed goals and provide best-in-class customer service.
  • Lead fit sessions that boost product knowledge for associates to elevate authentic customer connection.
  • Come up with innovative ways to engage the community and build loyalty through events.
  • Can step into a variety of roles on the sales floor, if needed.

  • Have 1-2 years of retail management experience with a similar scope.
