Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Team Lead to oversee daily manufacturing operations within our production facility. This leadership role involves coordinating assembly line activities, ensuring safety standards, and maintaining high-quality output. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge, hands-on experience with factory equipment, and the ability to motivate and guide a team toward operational excellence. This position plays a vital role in optimizing productivity, fostering teamwork, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily activities on the assembly line to meet production targets efficiently
  • Lead and motivate team members to ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
  • Utilize hand tools, power tools, and forklift equipment to facilitate assembly and material handling tasks
  • Monitor workflow processes within the manufacturing facility to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions
