Job Description
We are seeking a strategic, visionary Director of Product Management to drive the development, delivery, and long-term success of our product portfolio. This leader will shape product strategy, guide high-performing teams, and partner closely with executives to ensure our products meet customer needs, accelerate growth, and advance the company's overall vision. The ideal candidate combines deep customer empathy, strong business acumen, and a proven ability to execute in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
  • Define and evolve a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with company goals, market opportunities, and customer needs.
  • Identify market trends, customer insights, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions and uncover new growth opportunities.
  • Drive creation and socialization of the product vision across internal teams, executive leadership, and external partners.
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a team of product managers, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and customer-centric thinking.
  • Establish best-in-class product management processes, frameworks, and metrics to improve execution, alignment, and decision-making.
  • Translate strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps, detailed requirements, and measurable success metrics.
  • Partner cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, finance, sales, and operations to deliver products on time, within scope, and with high quality.
  • Prioritize initiatives based on business impact, customer value, and resource constraints, ensuring a balanced and high-ROI product portfolio.
  • Oversee product launches in partnership with marketing, PR, sales, and executive teams, ensuring cohesive messaging and market impact.
  • Collaborate with revenue and marketing leaders to define pricing, packaging, and positioning strategies across the product lifecycle.
  • Evaluate and optimize promotional, adoption, and retention strategies aligned with product line goals.
  • Act as a senior product ambassador, representing the company with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders.
  • Engage directly with key customers to gather feedback, validate solutions, and strengthen product-market fit.
  • Champion customer experience improvements across the organization
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of product management experience in network security, including 3+ years leading and developing product teams.
  • Demonstrated success managing complex products or product portfolios through the full lifecycle-from concept to scale.
  • Proven ability to craft and communicate product strategies to C-level executives and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong technical foundation with understanding of software development, web technologies, and modern product development methodologies.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and execution.
  • Experience operating within matrixed, cross-functional organizational structures.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required
