Multi-Site Cleaning Specialist
Location: Perry County Area (Tell City, IN & surrounding sites)
Position Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 1:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Pay: Starting at $17.50/hr with an increase to $20.00/hr after 90 days, subject to effort, Focus and reliability you put forth.
About the Role
Are you a self-motivated individual who takes pride in maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming spaces? Glenn's Cleaning Services (GCS) is looking for a reliable Multi-Site Cleaning Specialist to join our team.
In this role, you will work independently across multiple locations within the area during the afternoon and evening hours. If you enjoy standard weekday hours without weekend shifts and appreciate having ownership over your routine, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform high-quality routine cleaning, sanitizing, and janitorial tasks across assigned facility sites.
  • Travel independently between designated locations within the pod/area.
  • Maintain floors (vacuuming, sweeping, mopping) and empty trash and recycling receptacles.
  • Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms and common areas.
  • Ensure all assigned facilities are secure and locked properly upon departure.
  • Monitor cleaning product inventory and notify management when supplies are running low.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Self-Motivated & Independent: Ability to stay on task and complete quality work with minimal supervision.
  • Reliable Transportation: Valid driver's license and dependable vehicle to travel between local sites.
  • Detail-Oriented: Takes pride in delivering clean, thorough, and consistent results.
  • Physical Capability: Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and carry cleaning equipment/supplies throughout the shift.
  • Punctual & Dependable: Consistent attendance and commitment to scheduled hours (1:00 PM - 8:00 PM).
