Some of our products are specifically designed for and marketed to a variety of leading cycling and powered vehicle original equipment manufacturers ("OEMs"), while others are distributed to consumers through a global dealer and distribution network. Position Summary:
Performs a wide range of maintenance and service tasks including installs and repairs.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Perform maintenance and service tasks.
  • Evaluate products accurately for maintenance, warranty, upgrades and other purposes.
  • Responsible for removing, installing, diagnosing, repairing, disassembling and assembling parts and components
  • Collaborate closely with technical team to resolve technical issues.
  • May provide training to service staff on how to identify and resolve issues, repairs, etc.
  • Understand customer requirements and accordingly recommend the right products or services.
  • May conduct client demonstration when required.
  • Understand technical problems effectively through proper analysis, evaluation and diagnoses.
  • May provide training to customers about product usage and maintenance.
  • Support the field staff in equipment set-up for trade shows or exhibitions.
  • Prepare creative product presentations for sales meetings or trainings.
  • Build positive relationships with customers by providing outstanding and excellent services.
  • Prepare and distribute maintenance records, warranty contracts, installation report and other service reports to the senior managers.
  • Respond to customer complaints timely and effectively to meet sales goals.

Specific Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required:
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints
  • Strong analytical skills

Position Qualifications:
Education:
  • HS diploma or equivalent required
  • Some technical education or certification(s) preferred

Experience:
  • 2+ years of related experience preferred, preferably in a sport vehicle related industry

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:
  • Manufacturing Environment
  • Lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
  • Requires walking, standing, bending and lifting for long periods of time
  • Vision abilities required to validate and enter data on computer
